What are Aspire Rewards?
Aspire Rewards by Galderma is a free, points-based loyalty reward program offering bonuses and discounts for the purchase of Restylane®, Dysport®, and Sculptra®.
It starts with a $20 treatment certificate, just for joining!
Once enrolled, you will earn points each time you receive Restylane®, Dysport®, and Sculptra® treatments.
You’ll be able to track the points in your Aspire Rewards account, earning treatment certificates to use towards your next Galderma treatment appointment.
The more treatments you purchase, the more money you save.

How do I register for the program?
It’s easy and FREE. Visit the Aspire Rewards website and follow the instructions to register. Please note that this program is not managed by evolé Mediclinic. We simply offer it as a benefit to our patients.
How do I earn points?
- By receiving a Restylane®, Dysport®, and/or Sculptra® treatment
- By completing your Aspire Rewards profile
- By taking a qualifying survey
- By referring a friend who enrolls in the Aspire Rewards program.
How many points can I earn per treatment?
Aspire Rewards members can earn a maximum of 1,000 points per day as follows:

To receive points or qualify for certificate usage, treatments must fall within the recommended frequency guidelines:
- Restylane® treatments must be at least 14 days apart.
- Dysport® treatments must be at least 85 days apart.
- Sculptra® Aesthetic treatments must be at least 21 days apart
How do points get deposited into my account?
Within 24 hours of purchase, points will be deposited into your account by the evolé Mediclinic staff.
How do I redeem points?
Redeem points for treatment certificates on the Redeem Points page of your Aspire account.
- Select an available certificate value and click “redeem now.”
A confirmation window will appear. - Click “proceed.”
You’ll receive a success message, the points will be deducted from your account, and you’ll be able to view the certificate on your My Rewards page. - Print the certificate and bring it with you to your treatment. We will reduce your treatment charge by the amount on the certificate. We cannot redeem your points without it.
- View your available treatment certificates on Available Treatment Certificates tab > My Rewards page.
Can I give away my points or certificates?
Points cannot be transferred to another person or account; certificates can be given away at your discretion.
Do the points or certificates expire?
Yes, as follows:
- Points expire 9 months from the date issued.
- Certificates expire 60 days from the date they were issued.
